A metre or two of airline per tank adds up quickly across a rack of sponge filters, and short packs leave joins in the middle of every long run. Airline 100m Roll (SKU: SSAL100) is Serenity’s bulk airline, 100 metres of clear 4 mm silicone tubing in one continuous length on a roll. It carries air from an air pump to airstones, sponge filters, bubble walls, ornaments, check valves and gang valves, and it fits the 4 mm outlets used on Serenity’s air pumps and on most aquarium air accessories. Silicone is softer than standard vinyl airline, so it bends into place around cabinet edges and tank rims and is easy to push onto fittings.

A 100 m roll is sized for shops, breeders, clubs and anyone running a central air system with a manifold feeding many tanks, as well as households with several aquariums that go through airline every year. Lengths are cut with sharp scissors or a blade for a clean, square end that seals properly on a fitting. That softness has a trade-off: silicone can kink at a tight bend and flatten if trapped under a heavy lid, so sharp corners are better handled with an elbow connector. Every line from a pump that sits below the water level needs a check valve to stop water siphoning back during a power cut. Silicone is also permeable to carbon dioxide, so pressurised CO2 systems use dedicated CO2-resistant tubing rather than this airline. Clear tubing shows water ingress, algae or a blockage at a glance.
