Aqua One Airstone Pvc Encased Green 20cm

Description

Aqua One Airstone PVC Encased Green 20cm — Micro Aeration Bar for Small Aquariums

The Aqua One Airstone PVC Encased Green 20cm (SKU: 10123) is the smallest encased air curtain in the Aqua One range, designed specifically for nano tanks, bowl displays, and small filter chambers. Encased in a weighted green PVC protective jacket, this 20 cm airstone sits firmly on the substrate, producing a steady stream of fine air bubbles that aerates small water volumes without creating turbulent currents.

Proper aeration is essential in small tanks where dissolved oxygen can deplete quickly. The non-toxic, corrosion-resistant PVC build makes this 20cm airstone a reliable choice for betta tanks, nano planted displays, and small shrimp tanks.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Nano Tanks & Bettas: Delivers gentle aeration for tanks under 30 litres without overpowering small fish.
• Breeding & Hatchery Containers: Provides safe, gentle oxygenation for delicate fry and eggs.
• Internal Filter Compartments: Fits inside rear filter chambers to drive air-lift filtration.

Installation & Connection Guide

• Step 1: Connect standard 4mm airline tubing to the intake barb fitting.
• Step 2: Place the airstone on the bottom of the aquarium.
• Step 3: Connect the airline hose to a small aquarium air pump and power it on.
