Usage & Application

When to Use

• Active Algae Outbreaks: Use to eliminate green water, hair/string algae, and unsightly growth on glass and ornaments.

• Routine Preventive Maintenance: Add weekly after controlling an outbreak to prevent new algae spores from taking root.

How to Use

1. Calculate your tank’s exact volume before dosing to avoid overapplication.

2. Dosage Rate: Add 1 mL per 38 L (10 US gallons) or 5 mL per 190 L (50 US gallons) of aquarium water.

3. Repeat the dose every 3 days until the algae is brought under control.

4. Scrape, siphon, or filter out dead organic matter as the algae breaks down to prevent oxygen depletion.

5. Once controlled, transition to a preventive dosage of 1 dose per week.

• Freshwater Use Only: Formulated strictly for freshwater aquariums.
