Easy-life Profito (universal Plant Fertilizer) 5lt

Description

Easy-Life ProFito (universal Plant Fertilizer) 5lt — Bulk all-in-one fertiliser for aquascapers and multiple planted tanks

A keeper running several planted tanks, or an aquascaper fertilising large displays every week, gets through an all-in-one plant fertiliser fast enough that the bulk size pays for itself in fewer reorders. Easy-Life ProFito (universal Plant Fertilizer) 5lt (SKU: 113236) is the five-litre bulk pack of Easy-Life’s concentrated all-in-one liquid fertiliser, made by Easy Life International in Duiven, the Netherlands, in the same formula as the smaller bottles. It supplies iron, potassium and magnesium at high concentration, with manganese, boron, molybdenum, copper, zinc, cobalt, nickel, iodine and selenium as trace elements, and contains no nitrate or phosphate, which are left to come from fish waste or a separate fertiliser.

Easy-Life attributes the resulting denser growth, wider leaves and more vivid colour to ProFito’s stimulation of cytokinin production. Dosing does not change with bottle size: 10 mL per 100 L weekly, or a seventh of that daily, with new tanks started on about a third of the full dose for the first couple of weeks and the weekly amount then adjusted by around 40 per cent either way for pale leaves or algae. At a 500 L system’s weekly rate of 50 mL, the 5 L bottle lasts around a hundred weeks, close to two years, or supports several smaller tanks dosed from the one bottle through a full growing season. As with the smaller sizes, the liquid’s colour can shift from dark green to dark brown without any change in quality, and Easy-Life recommends storing it somewhere cool and dark.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Multiple planted tanks: One bottle feeding several aquariums at once.
• Large displays and aquascapes: Bigger systems using up fertiliser faster.
• Long-term fertilising: A bulk supply for a full growing season or more.
• Tanks fed by fish waste: Where nitrate and phosphate already come from livestock.

Dosing & Administration Guide

• Weekly dose: 10 mL per 100 L of aquarium water.
• Daily option: One-seventh of the weekly dose each day.
• New tanks: About a third of the dose for the first couple of weeks.
