Seachem Flourish Iron 100mL (SKU: 724868-475) provides a targeted dose of bioavailable ferrous iron designed for small planted aquariums and compact aquascapes. Plants require iron as a catalyst for chlorophyll formation and cellular energy transfer. When iron levels become depleted, young foliage emerges yellow or white, and red-leafed aquatic plants fade to dull green.

Featuring a complexed ferrous gluconate (Fe²⁺) formula, Flourish Iron supplies iron in a form that aquatic plants can absorb directly. It avoids the metabolic delay and energy loss associated with EDTA-chelated ferric iron (Fe³⁺). Formulated without nitrates or phosphates, Flourish Iron protects water quality while encouraging healthy, colourful plant growth in small aquarium systems.
