Square FISH / SHRIMP NET

Description

Square FISH / SHRIMP NET — Square-frame fine-mesh net that reaches into corners and along the base glass

Fish and shrimp under pursuit head for the corners, and a round net leaves a gap there every time. Square FISH / SHRIMP NET (SKU: 3DFN01S) is model FN01S, a hand net with a square frame and soft, fine mesh for catching and transferring fish, shrimp and other small aquatic animals. The straight edges sit flush against the glass and the base, so there is no gap for a fish to slip past, and the square frame gives a steady, controlled scoop when precision matters more than speed.

The flat front edge also makes this the more useful shape for working along the substrate: it can be pressed lightly to the sand to herd shrimp, catch a loach that has burrowed into a corner, or collect uneaten food that has settled along the bottom edge. The soft mesh protects fins and shrimp bodies, and the fine weave stops small livestock escaping while letting water drain through. A handle gives reach into deeper tanks without the arm going in. For quick catches, pair it with a second net and guide fish into the one held still against the glass. The net is also useful when rearranging decor, to catch animals disturbed from their hiding places, and for scooping uneaten frozen food before it fouls the water. Rinse it in fresh water after use and leave it to dry, and keep separate nets for quarantine tanks. The range also includes a second square model, FN02S (3DFN02S), and round-frame versions.
