Usage & Application

When to Use

  • Water Polishing & Odour Removal: Use continuously to eliminate yellowish tint, organic haze, and fishy odours.

  • Post-Medication Removal: Insert after completing fish disease treatments to strip remaining medications from the water.

  • Routine Chemical Care: Add to chemical media trays to keep water parameters pristine in high-stock tanks.

How to Use

  1. Turn off power and access the inner media baskets of your Fluval FX canister filter.

  2. Place the Carbon Pad into the designated media basket layer.

  3. Rinse briefly under clean tap water before installation to remove carbon dust particles.

  4. Replace monthly, as activated carbon becomes saturated over time.
