Dainichi Goldfish Color Max 500g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets

Description

Dainichi Goldfish Color Max 500g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets — Bulk colour-enhancing sinking pellet for a goldfish collection

A well-stocked goldfish tank or an outdoor pond corner goes through food fast, and restocking a 100 g or 250 g bag every few weeks adds up compared with buying in bulk once the fish are established on the diet. Dainichi Goldfish Color Max 500g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets (SKU: 101792) is the largest pack in Dainichi’s colour-focused goldfish line sold at this store, a 3 mm sinking pellet formulated as a complete and balanced diet for all goldfish varieties with natural colour-enhancing ingredients. Calcium montmorillonite clay, the mineral-rich bentonite Dainichi includes across its range, supports digestion, and the 500 g pack suits a larger goldfish collection, a pond with several fish, or a keeper who has already confirmed the fish take the food well in a smaller size.

The pellet sinks so it reaches goldfish feeding along the bottom of the tank or pond rather than sitting unused at the surface, which matches how the species naturally forages for most of the day. As the dedicated colour formula in Dainichi’s goldfish range, Color Max is aimed at building and holding orange, red and calico pigmentation over the long term rather than a short colour-up course, which makes the bulk pack a sensible choice once a keeper has settled on it as the ongoing diet. Buying the 500 g size also means fewer pack openings over the life of the food, helping keep the vitamin coating fresher for longer than repeatedly opening and resealing a small bag. The 3 mm pellet suits adult fancy and common goldfish of normal size.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Larger goldfish collections: A pack sized for a bigger group or a stocked pond.
• Established feeding routines: Once the colour diet is confirmed, buying in bulk cuts cost per feed.
• Long-term colour maintenance: Ongoing feeding to hold pigmentation rather than a short course.
• Bottom-feeding groups: Sinking pellets suited to goldfish grazing the substrate.

Feeding Guide

• Two to three feeds daily: Spread smaller portions through the day across the group.
• Clear within minutes: Offer only what the fish finish quickly.
• Remove leftovers: Siphon out uneaten pellets at each clean.
• Reseal tightly: Store cool and dry; the larger pack is opened more times over its life.
