Dainichi Goldfish Ultra 250g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets

Description

Dainichi Goldfish Ultra 250g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets — Everyday sinking pellet for adult goldfish

Once a goldfish is past its juvenile stage, a 1 mm pellet becomes fiddly for it to eat in any quantity, and a food still sized for fry stops matching the fish’s actual appetite at feeding time. Dainichi Goldfish Ultra 250g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets (SKU: 101504) is the 3 mm adult pellet size of Dainichi’s everyday goldfish diet, formulated as a complete and balanced food for all goldfish varieties with natural colour-enhancing ingredients and calcium montmorillonite clay to support digestion along the way. Ultra is the general-purpose half of Dainichi’s two-product goldfish range, intended as the everyday staple rather than the dedicated colour formula sold as Color Max, and the 3 mm pellet is sized for adult fancy and common goldfish that have moved on from the 1 mm Baby pellet.

The pellet sinks so it reaches goldfish feeding along the bottom of the tank, which suits a species that spends much of the day grazing low rather than waiting at the surface for food. Montmorillonite clay, used consistently across Dainichi’s range, is included for digestive support, and the natural colour-enhancing ingredients give some of the benefit of a dedicated colour diet as part of day-to-day feeding. A 250 g pack is a practical mid-size quantity for a single adult goldfish or a small group sharing a tank, bigger than a trial pack but not the bulk size needed for a large collection.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Adult goldfish: Fish past the juvenile stage, taking a full 3 mm pellet.
• Everyday feeding: A general maintenance diet rather than a short colour course.
• Small to medium groups: A 250 g pack suited to one fish or a few sharing a tank.
• Stepping up from Baby pellet: Fish that have outgrown the 1 mm Ultra pellet.

Feeding Guide

• Two to three feeds daily: Spread smaller portions through the day.
• Clear within minutes: Offer only what the fish finish quickly.
• Remove leftovers: Siphon out uneaten pellets so they do not foul the water.
• Keep sealed: Store cool and dry between feeds to protect the pellet’s coating.
