Dainichi Veggie Fx 100g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets

Description

Dainichi Veggie Fx 100g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets — Colour-enhancing herbivore pellet for bloat-prone adult cichlids

An adult Tropheus colony that already eats well often still lacks the intense colour a dedicated colour formula can bring out. Dainichi Veggie Fx 100g Small (3mm) Sinking Pellets (SKU: 102170) is the 3 mm grade of Dainichi’s colour-enhancing herbivore formula, built on the Veggie Deluxe base and coated and encapsulated with spirulina, freeze-dried Cyclop-eeze and NatuRose, a Haematococcus algae source of astaxanthin, plus E. superba krill. Six colour-enhancing ingredient applications are used, one more than the base Veggie Deluxe recipe, alongside raw vitamins, digestive enzymes and garlic for general health. Calcium montmorillonite clay supports the gut, and the pellet is designed to break down into granules in the digestive tract rather than swell, aimed at strict herbivores such as Tropheus that are prone to bloat.

The 3 mm Small pellet suits adult Tropheus, Petrochromis and comparable herbivorous cichlids, above the 1 mm Baby pellet used for their fry. The ingredient list also includes kelp, white fish meal, soybean meal, wheat flour as binder, shrimp meal, wheat germ, brewer’s yeast, vitamin and mineral mixes, protease as the digestive enzyme, and natural gum. Dainichi positions Veggie Fx as one of its two most colour-intensive herbivore formulas. The 100 g bag suits a single-tank trial before committing to a larger pack. Feeding follows Dainichi’s standard direction: offer only what the fish consume within a few minutes, one to three times daily, favouring smaller and more frequent feeds over one large meal. No guaranteed analysis is published for this pack. The line also comes in 250 g, 500 g and 2.5 kg, and as the 1 mm Baby pellet for fry.
