Lifestyle Classic 72 Complete Glass Aquarium 60cm 72l Satin Grey

Description

Lifestyle Classic 72 Complete Glass Aquarium 60cm 72l Satin Grey — Satin grey 72 litre glass aquarium set for coldwater or tropical community tanks

A grey aquarium on a concrete-look cabinet suits the pale, industrial palette of many newer homes better than a black set-up. Lifestyle Classic 72 Complete Glass Aquarium 60cm 72l Satin Grey (SKU: 52053GY) is the satin grey edition of Aqua One’s Lifestyle Classic 72, a complete set built around a glass tank 60 cm long, 33 cm deep and 45 cm high, holding 72 litres. It comes with an integrated LED light and an integrated filter, and its hinged hood opens for feeding and upkeep. Aqua One lists it as suitable for coldwater and tropical fish, with a glass heater, sold separately, needed for the tropical option.

The LED draws 14.5 W and has two settings: white with moonlight, or moonlight by itself for evenings. Filtration covers biological, mechanical and chemical stages through a 450 L/h integrated filter rated at 5 W, which cycles the tank roughly six times each hour. For replacements, Aqua One lists the 25167S black sponge, the 25167C carbon cartridge and the 166i impeller set (25166i), the same impeller used in the 40. The grey tank’s matching stand is the concrete-finish 52053CC-S cabinet, 60 cm wide, 33 cm deep and 76 cm high, which places the top of the hood at about 121 cm. Seventy-two litres of water weighs about 72 kg before gravel, rock and decoration are added, so the stand and floor need to be level.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Light, modern rooms: Satin grey with a concrete-finish cabinet.
• Mixed community: 60 cm of swimming length for a group of small to medium fish.
• Planted tanks: A 45 cm water column for taller stems and background plants.
• Coldwater keeping: Run without a heater for coldwater species.

Installation & Setup Guide

• Stand choice: Aqua One’s 52053CC-S, or a level stand built for more than 72 kg.
• Lay the substrate: Rinsed gravel first, then rock, wood or ornaments.
• Condition as you fill: Treat tap water to remove chlorine and chloramine.
• Bring it online: Power the filter, close the hood and set the light.
