Th500 Titanium Heater 500w

Description

Aqua One TH500 Titanium Aquarium Heater 500W

The Aqua One TH500 Titanium Heater 500W (SKU: 15059) is a heavy-duty, shatterproof aquarium heater engineered from high-grade, corrosion-resistant titanium. Unlike traditional glass heaters, titanium construction makes this unit virtually indestructible, making it the ideal choice for large, boisterous species such as cichlids, turtles, and active marine livestock.

Equipped with an external thermostat controller, the TH500 allows you to adjust water temperatures directly from outside the tank without placing your hands in the water or disturbing your aquatic life. Featuring an adjustable temperature range between 14°C and 34°C, an LED active heating light indicator, and automatic thermal shut-off protection, it delivers consistent, reliable heating for larger aquatic systems.

Usage & Application

When to Use

• Large Aquariums: Recommended for maintaining stable water temperatures in medium to large freshwater and marine setups.

• Boisterous Livestock & Reptiles: Essential for aggressive cichlids, large predatory fish, or aquatic turtles that risk cracking standard glass heaters.

• Marine & Sump Systems: Highly suitable for saltwater display tanks and sumps due to its non-corrosive, rustproof titanium body.

How to Use

1. Secure the titanium heating element fully submerged inside the aquarium or sump using the included adhesive suction cups, placing it in an area of high water flow.

2. Position the external thermostat controller in a dry, accessible location outside the tank or inside your cabinet.

3. Plug the heater into a surge-protected mains outlet and dial in your target temperature between 14°C and 34°C on the controller.

4. Monitor the LED status light, which remains lit while actively heating and automatically turns off once the set temperature is reached.
