A 90 cm planted tank has the length to show a real scape, and the length to leave both ends in shade if the light falls short of the glass. Chihiros Series A II 90cm (Bluetooth) (SKU: D-CA2-90) is the A II 901, a full-length LED for 90 cm aquariums with 90 LEDs at 40 W in Chihiros’ three-row layout. The fixture is 885 mm long and reaches 900 mm on its clear acrylic legs, so the light runs the whole length of the tank, and the built-in Bluetooth controller is set from the free My Chihiros app on a phone.

European distributor Aquasabi lists about 3,580 lumens for the A II 901, roughly twice the output of the 45 cm model, from white LEDs covering about 400 to 700 nm with the emphasis on red and blue. The body is 67 mm deep and only 10 mm thick, with the aluminium housing working as the heat sink. A 90 cm tank often has thicker glass than a nano, so check it before ordering: the acrylic legs are made for thin rimless glass, and Aquasabi says the mount does not suit 12 mm panes. For a deeper or thicker-glassed tank, Chihiros’ optional suspension kit hangs the light from above instead. Aquasabi also advises against running A II lights under a closed lid.
