Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We ship using Australia Post for items below 105cm and/or 22kg, with shipping set at a fixed rate of $12.50 for orders below $150.

Heavy or bulk-sized items may incur additional fees. We will notify you prior to dispatch if this applies to your order.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to dispatch your order. If additional time is required, we will notify you.
Once dispatched, please allow 2–6 business days to receive your order via Australia Post.

Free Shipping is available for most orders over a value of $150 including GST (certain exclusions apply).

We can ship certain brands of aquariums and stands nationwide or within NSW. Shipping availability for these brands is listed on their respective product pages. If you are unsure, please contact us for further information.

All orders are authority to leave, unless otherwise requested.
If a delivery attempt fails, a re-delivery fee of $10 will apply and must be paid prior to re-delivery.

We ship to all States and Territories within Australia.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for:

Change-of-mind purchases
Incorrect item selection
Damage resulting from self-installation

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for used products, as these items cannot be resold at full value.

We offer a full range of installation and maintenance services at competitive rates and strongly encourage customers to utilise these services—particularly if the task may be beyond their capability.
If you are located outside our local area, please contact us first to avoid unnecessary return costs.

Customers are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if a product is found to be faulty.
Each manufacturer manages warranty claims differently, and we will assist you throughout the process while adhering to their specific requirements. This may include shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the product to us or directly to the manufacturer for assessment.
